This period restoration project at Brennan’s Estate involved careful work to both the main house and the surrounding grounds
The focus was firmly on preserving the character and presence of the property. From the outset, the aim was not simply to repair what was there, but to restore key features with the care and attention they deserved.
The works included roof and chimney restoration, helping to protect the building while maintaining its original character, along with restoration of the main entrance steps stonework, an important feature in the overall appearance of the house. Beyond the house itself, the project extended into the estate grounds, where we laid a new gravel avenue, carried out stone wall restoration, and installed new entrance gates to complete the approach.
Together, these works helped bring new life and structure back to the estate while respecting its history and character. The finished result is a property that feels cared for, restored, and properly presented from the entrance right through to the main house.
