This home renovation in Castleknock was all about making better use of the space already there.

Rather than extending the house, homeowner Alan wanted to improve the existing footprint and create a layout that felt more practical, comfortable, and suited to modern living.

To achieve that, we reconfigured the internal layout to improve how the home flowed day to day. As part of the renovation, we installed a new kitchen and a new bathroom, helping to modernise the property and bring it up to a much higher standard throughout.
